Refund policy

Every HYBRD Foundry piece is made to order just for you, which shapes how returns work.

Defects, misprints and damage. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, email adrian@hybrdfoundry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it free of charge — no need to send anything back.

Wrong item or size received. If you received something different from what you ordered, we’ll replace it at no cost. Same process: order number and a photo within 30 days.

Sizing. Because each piece is produced on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges when a correctly fulfilled item doesn’t fit. Every product page includes a garment size chart — measure a shirt you like against it before ordering. Ordered the wrong size and the order hasn’t gone into production yet? Email us immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production starts. Once your item is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
